The "Good. the Bad and the Possible"
The "Good" - Product range is very good, prices are competitive, delivery of items is accurate and well packaged. Tutorials on website are very good. The "Not the Best" - Shipping cost are high with no free shipping for larger orders, Items are slow to be packed and shipped and from order placement to leaving warehousecan may be 3-4 days. Website is serviceable but cumbersome. The "Bad"- I have called for order support probably 4 times in past several months and the representative has been most often just plain not very friendly and somewhat abrupt. Maybe it is my misperception and I am wrong but maybe saying "Thank you for your order - we will deliver it as soon as possible, Have a nice day" would convey at least some appreciation for your business-I have never heard it. The "Possible" - I would have rated my experience close to a 5 without the mentioned and the fixes are certainly doable -
