During the pandemic – no communication
During the pandemic, I purchased 2 items at over $90 each, I had to return them. I paid $20 each to ship them back and I have never received a refund after 6 weeks. I have left numerous voicemails and emailed leather up.com with no response. Now all the voicemails are full in every category billing, customer service, shipping, and the operator is not answering. With no communication and not receiving a refund, I will never order from this company again. Horrible service
