Where to start with this pile of Junk.... I purchased it for half the price. If I'd paid the full price, I'd be really annoyed. My biggest mistake was thinking they are a UK company - ref their UK email address. I get an email from China to say that the camera will be sent from Shenzhen! Surprisingly it didn't take long to arrive. Setup is guesswork.... Fitted correct batteries with polarity as described. The battery door wouldn't close as the clip was so fragile it bent. Downloaded the app to my Xaiomi, Chinese phone but would not accept my network. Bluetooth connected intermittently and you had to be standing within 6 feet of the camera. Installed it on a tripod in my kitchen pointing at the door and left the camera on for 30 minutes. It recorded nothing! Then to top it off, the batteries were drained after 45 minutes setting up and use! Fired off a very angry email but doubt I'll get my money back. Wonder if they'll ask me to send it to their "UK" warehouse! 😂 Finally... Take a look at their UK website. All their cameras have 5 stars! Really! Follow up.... After telling them I'd thrown the useless piece of junk in to my dustbin, they came back with an offer of 50% but only if I'd remove this review! Come on Trustpilot... I'll forward their email if it helps. Closely followed by a second email offering full refund.... Believe it or not, I refused! Please read their reply and then take a look at other reviews. The similarity is amazing! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
