Currency exchange in store service.
Currency Exchange In-Store Service I ordered Kenyan shillings from the store before my trip. When I returned and tried to exchange the unspent currency, I was told that some of the notes couldn’t be processed, so the exchange couldn’t go ahead. I explained that I had originally purchased the shillings from Sainsbury’s, but I was advised to try my bank instead.
