it has been a pain since I received the machine. no customer support at all. Reconnect it to internet is not working and their chat if the worst I have seen in my life. I don't know if I can make rotis without using oil, or the regular blocking of flour tunnel, and then many other issues. it's a toy machine built by a high schooler, it's not high quality and no customer support.
