Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Some of the products are poorly made or defective. I have never received air dry clay in workable/usable condition and when I asked for a replacement or a refund I was told 'prove it'. How on earth do you 'prove' air dry clay has dried out when it looks exactly the same 'wet' as it does dry??? Boxes usually take a month or more to arrive as well. Save your money and shop somewhere else.
