ordered in February. Censors for our water tank. "arrived at destination" (where is that ?) early March. We made a first inquiry in April about delivery. Track system was reporting "arrived at destination" in another country ??? they answered COVID-19 lockdowns, wait... we inquire again in May. They replied go to your post office. Maybe they don't deliver at home. We did, no... We escalate to central post office, never received. In the meantime ebuy7 manipulates the information in the track system (we have screenshots). The goods delivered in March are now registered in our country ??? Package is probably lost, it happens, unusual times. Please resend. Answer, we have stopped shipping to your country (what ???) Again, another email, we request a refund on our credit card. No more answer since end May. Over and out. bad , VERY BAD !!!
