I Real SCAM,
I Real SCAM, Lumen seems to be a good product. However, I have bought this product in 2023 for 269,00 Euros using my visa. Never had a subscription and they have me charged without my consent 269,00 every year 2024 and 2025. Accidently I looked at my statements and saw that they take the subscription automatically when you buy the product. Tried to contact Lumen support and they are not willing to give a refund.
