Initial experience questionable but recovered with some great customer service
I ordered a dress that looked amazing on their website site but was a complete tent when it arrived. After persevering over the returns process I finally got to speak to Tina who was helpful and responsive and sorted things out to my satisfaction and I’ve ordered an alternative dress. At the same time I ordered a second dress which, when it arrived was beautiful, fitted perfectly and restored my faith. In summary my initial experience was questionable but recovered with some great customer service and attention to my problem.
