Unacceptable, Never Again...
Will never purchase from this company again. 16 emails later and nothing. Absolutely horrible customer service, its been months and I haven't not gotten my product, their solution is me to send it back and "bare the freight cost" then they will refund the product, but I still dont have the product. I ordered long before the Coronavirus issues and riots, which they said are the cause in delay but again are essentially willing to do nothing to make this better or right. At this point I may not ever get the product to return minus all shipping costs to send/return. Unacceptable.
