Excellent customer service and processing
I was most impressed with Crystal, the representative who helped me through the process. I am severely limited in my tech knowledge and had no clue as to how to complete the process. Crystal was very patient, professional and thorough in assisting me even as several options were not working and several others had to be tried before successfully completing the purchase. Crystal did an excellent job of explaining the equipment and what would work with what and it took a lot of her time to walk me through it. I, very much, appreciated her efforts.
