I purchased 2 tickets in November 2019
I purchased 2 tickets in November 2019, June 2020 concert cancelled. Secure box office will not refund my money. When I attempt to call them, I'm told the wait time is over 3 hours!!!! When I post a request on their website for a contact, it's ignored!!! When I ask what the expiration date is for using the credit they say I get instead of a refund they don't respond!!! Won't ever use this company again. Lana Everts
