This is the case of them buying (scalping) tickets, pumping up the price and selling them to the public. Our Compensation Policy If an event is permanently canceled, Secure Box Office will coordinate with the selling broker to provide you with a full compensation of the ticket price, including any service fees. The compensation will not include shipping fees if your tickets have already been shipped. If an event is postponed, your tickets will still be valid for the new event date and no compensation will be issued.
