Awful customer service
Awful customer service. Faulty product and blamed operator. Mini 4k just dropped, said landing and dropped into the lake I was flying over. Made me jump through so many hoops I gave up trying to get a resolution. For the sake of £25 decided to let me write this review rather than compromise. DJI make some amazing products but their customer service is appalling. Was thinking of upgrading to a more expensive drone but after this experience I wouldn't bother. Not Happy 😡😡
