Terrible service
I have been waiting a week for my phone to be sent back to Huawei for repair under warranty. I have phoned more than 4 times and heard nothing but false promises. In this time I have had no phone as it has been sitting packed up ready for uplift. Terrible service and unbelievably frustrating.
