The customer support won’t recognize my purchase because it was purchased in China and I’m basically stuck with a dead device now. Customer service support 陈静文 reached out to me but then ghosted for a month, completely ignored my emails and refused to communicate. Contacted WeChat after sales but they won’t cover international shipping for repairing. What a waste of money and time on a piece of useless low quality device.
