You have been very responsive to my problem with the birthday present that did not arrive for my granddaughter. You had it resent to my address rather than the original mailing address and it arrived after quite a delay (because of availability, I believe) and I appreciate your attention to the matter and the updates you provided along the way. My family is now staying with me and Maya will be opening her gift this weekend. I know she will be happy with this collection of craft ideas and supplies - it looks wonderful and thank you for seeing this order through.
