Great store but...
I bought a Nubia Z20 on their website a few months back, and it arrived a little over a month later - this was right at the start of covid - the phone is amazing and there's no problem there, BUT before I bought I asked customer service if they offered a European charger, because I'm European. They said yes, they did offer a European charger for my model. Ok no problem so far, but to be sure I also specified to send an European charger in the order notes when I was ordering it. When it arrived there was an American/Chinese charger included. It really isn't a huge problem and I have just been using a travel adapter. Great store, but they need to increase their service before I can give a 5 star review. P.S they also forgot to send an order confirmation and tracking number, so I had to contact their customer service, and they responded quickly
