Good customer service helping correct faulty charger
we are having problems charging the battery of the skateboard, it doesn't charge we try different adapters as the skateboard didn't come with a UK plug, the charger looks like is working but the skateboard doesn't charge after testing it for less than 30 min the battery died, can't be recharge And we can't use it anymore. They answer really promptly to correct the mistakes in my order, they already sent the correct colour of wheels I order and I'm waiting for my new charger to check if that's what is faulty in my skateboard. I'll edit the review with a higher score once my skateboard is working.
