Throw my parcel when it's labeled as FRAGILE. what the heck ?! then when they said dispatching from the warehouse to my address. it took another 1 week to reach. when it was only within 10km. unacceptable. seriously, it's not exaggerating. give me tracking info also useless. because it not accurate at all.
