very very very poor
i placed an order over 4 weeks ago for the new Rayneo Io with prescription lenses and still waiting for them to be sent out, i have had a few replies from emails but when i asked if i can be given a rough ideo of how much longer they cant give me an eta! its not fair at all, the glasses said they were in stock when i placed the order! if i ever get the glasses i'll be posting a full review but if they don't arrive soon i'll have to contact my bank to claim the money back. update, so i ended up doing a chargeback via my bank because i was getting nowhere with rayneo and they refused to cancel the order....then one day later all of a sudden Rayneo want to help! they have now said they have done tests for distance prescription lenses and can now fulfill my order after 5 weeeks of the order being place dfor a service they said they already could provide, but now its going to be a further 4 or 5 week wait!!!! what? crazy, not a chance. i would highly advise anyone thinking of ordering the rayneo io glasses to run a mile. i will never ever though this company again. think i'll give Even Realities a try instead!
