TOTAL SCAM Brand New Tablet from Boox with broken screen
Received a Brand New Tablet from Boox. Screen is broken and you can see two hits on the corners of the device. I immediately contacted them and they told me they would investigate in 10 days. It's been one month. They told me they could send the device back BUT they will not refund my money until their investigation is complete. I opened a case with consumer protection from the European Union. I just can't believe this company TOTAL SCAM!!!
