They ignore your attempts to contact them.
I ordered 1 bottle of Serum C (30ml) @ $170.20. They placed that product on an AUTOMATIC MONTHLY REFILL which I did not request. I have received a total of 3 bottles (1 per month for 3 months) which I never ordered, for a total of $510.60 charged to my credit card. They have ignored my requests to rectify this error. Therefore, I have no recourse but to notify my credit card company of this fraudulent activity and they will refund my money and cancel the payments to Truth Treament Systems. In addition, I will notify the Better Business Bureau and also file a consumer complaint to the State Board of Pharmacy re Mr. Fuchs. I also noticed on Truth Pilot that this exact same fraudulent activity has occurred to other Truth Treatment Systems customers.
