1 star is too good for them. They are scammers. On attempt of withdrawal the sats it was displayed label “ You do not have enough funds for this transaction and fees” notwithstanding the funds of my daughter exceeded transaction (including fees) costs. Withdrawal declined also on a bit lower repeated request. Ignorance by ZBD support first by backdating her request for help, then “sorted” notification, but withdrawal still impossible for the same reason as before. Scammers!
