Problems with delivery
I ordered a case 05.05.20 with 5-7 days express delivery as a gift for my friend for his birthday. Today is 3.07.20 and package still not delivered, I asked support for 4 times to make a full refund or send it again since package is lost. Support tell me that there is a problem with delivering in my country and made a refund of 5€ that I didn't asked for. Today my friend told me that he ordered a same case 11.06 and it already delivered, so support just wasting my time. Update: At the end they send me second case and it was delivered during 2 weeks.
