I purchased two 6' x 6' vinyl backdrps
I purchased two 6' x 6' vinyl backdrps. The first one I received was as shown on their website. The second one was in error, not what I ordered. I communicated with Bella about the issue. Her email responses were quick. I received a credit for one of the vinyl backdrops. I recommend the following: Make sure you get a tracking number for the shipping. Use "PayPal" for payment to ensure responsible agreement if an error should occur. Be patient about shipments from China during Covid-19. Overall the proccess with this company was good and Bella was responsive with her emails.
