It is the worst phone I have ever owned. I have had this phone for a month now. Clumsy UI, the swipe features get confused with scrolling features, apps constantly crashing, apps activating themselves. EG my YouTube will bring up videos when I am not using my phone (will turn on YouTube and it'll already be on a short or a video I have never seen before). Takes hours and hours to charge yet battery does not last. No home screen shortcut button. Terrible product. Want to return it but lost my receipt. Will be going back to Samsung and destroying this terrible honour phone. It is that bad I won't even sell it to a second hand shop.
