Funny how this company gets good reviews. My experience with them so far has been horrible. They have zero communication skills. I had a script order put on hold because they were out of stock of the medication. They never called/emailed/texted to let me know that the order was on hold. When I called 2 weeks later to find out what happened, the CSR told me that it was on hold but that he would release it. Another week goes by with zero communication. When I called back to see what was going on, I was told then that it was out of stock. I was told at this point that they would let me know when it was back in stock. I had to put an order through with another company to get it filled. No problem. I called back last week to see if it was back in stock. Guess what? It was and I was never notified. Horrible customer service. I am now looking for a dependable, communicative service. I won't be using them again.
