So i watched the very long video, I was instantly drawn in by similar stories to my own. I am genetically predisposed to having high cholesterol. My doctor has wanted to start me on statins and I've been dragging my feet. After watching, I ordered my supply and began on my journey. I also added in a lunch meal of roasted veggies on most days during this 4 month process. I intermittent fast so I eat lunch and dinner on most days and am not a huge snacker.. I just had my labs drawn and i was devastated to see that my total cholestrol elevated by 50, my triglycerides by 30, my HDL decreased by 10 and my LDL elevated by 50. So needless to say I will not be reordering, In fact I have two extra bottles to dispose of. They do offer a 90 day refund but my insurance only allows every 6 month visits.
