My RNK

Unreliable, non communicable, conflicting information and messages.

I have been a patient with RNK Health for approximately 8 months for NAD+ injections, and this has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had with a healthcare company. To date, I had only one 5 minute virtual appointment in 8 months. Their communication is completely unreliable. Every representative seems to provide different information, and no one appears to know what anyone else is doing. It took over six hours to get a clear answer to what should have been a simple question. And I still don’t have a clear answer. Today, I was told my account was being canceled because I was “ineligible.” Later, I was told I actually was eligible. I was instructed to schedule a virtual appointment, which I did. Then I received another message stating my appointment had been canceled because the provider determined I was ineligible. I repeatedly asked a simple question: If a provider suddenly determines that an established patient is no longer eligible for treatment, shouldn’t the patient be told why? No one could provide an explanation. Nothing has changed in my medical history since day 1. After six hours of contradictory information from multiple customer service representatives, via online & on the telephone, another representative finally told me that I do have an appointment tomorrow and that it will not be canceled. As a patient, I should not have to spend an entire day trying to determine whether I even have an appointment. This level of disorganization and inconsistent communication is unacceptable for any healthcare company. Patients deserve clear, accurate, and consistent information—especially when decisions are being made about their medical care. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend RNK Health. I had only one virtual provider visit during my eight months as a patient, yet I received contradictory information for six hours about whether I was eligible for continued treatment, whether my payment would be refunded, and whether my appointment even existed. No one could give me a clear explanation for what had changed or why.
