I ordered 4 items they were all too big even though I used the size chart. I have submitted two tickets indicating I would like a refund. I have not received any response and that was two weeks ago. Terrible company to do business with. Well, they contacted me after the above review acting as if they were concerned but once I told them I would like my money back, the communications stopped. Wowwwww...smh
