Well its another day still no call back. So they will not longer get my business period. Poor communication for sure. I will no longer allow my customers to buy these transmission either. I am just going to take it lesson learned and pay for a local shop to fix this shops problem. So $1200 lost with another $2200 to fix their broke transmission. If you decide to buy here be careful. I thought maybe the month long wait and poor communication during the purchase was just a coincident. But after reading all the reviews its the same for many
