⚠️ Very disappointing experience with this company. Their return policy is extremely customer-unfriendly, and despite me following every instruction they gave me, I still have not received my refund weeks later. They have repeatedly claimed that the money has been refunded, but they cannot provide proper, verifiable proof of the transaction or a traceable refund reference. They even told me to contact my credit card company, despite the fact that I never paid by credit card. Promises are not being kept and I keep receiving different explanations. At this point, I have completely lost my trust in this company. This is starting to feel like a scam. I strongly recommend thinking twice before ordering and reading their return conditions very carefully.
