X100PRO2 Auto key programmer
After purchasing and receiving an x100pro2 auto key program at obd2shop.co.uk i tried to updated it with the latest software. After updating it did not start up again and I contacted customer service who asked me to return it and was then promised a refund. The package was marked with the correct recipient address and sent back a week after I received it. The shipping cost was £28. After four months, the package was returned unopened. I contacted customer service again and they asked me to return the package once again but now the warranty had expired and therefore could not get a refund.
