Code purchased
Code purchased, put into the Switch and told it’s not a valid code. Verified with Nintendo, it’s not a code that was already used, it’s not even formatted like their codes, they assume it was just made up on the spot. Update. After their response they refunded my purchase in store credit, and I was able to use it on something else. Frustrating that it took so long to get it refunded, and that the first thing I tried to purchase didn’t work. I probably won’t shop from again, but I would no longer discourage others from trying.
