I had a domain name in my cart
I had a domain name in my cart, before I completed the security validation for my card I exited the screen and they charged my card anyway, they registered a different domain name to what I wanted, when i got in touch with them they told me they cannot issue a refund, when they agreed to issue a refund they asked for a photo of my card details and my drivers lisence (probably to scam me of more money) No one answers the phone number on their website and I keep getting the same email asking if I am happy with their resolution to which I have numerously replied NO! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE PLEASE BE AWARE
