If I could give this company a zero I would. We ordered a dress that was not custom made but just didn’t like how it looked on. We tried to return it and all they wanted to offer us was $30. The original dress cost 90. In order to get a full refund we would have to send it back to China, which was going to be very expensive. I would not order from this company ever! April 27th update: The company reached out to me via email asking if I would take a $20 refund and remove this negative comment. I paid $90 for the dress plus shipping They did refund me $30 so I said no the additional $20 refund as I wanted a full refund. I wanted a $60 refund. They said they couldn’t refund me $60. I still have the dress which hasn’t been worn and the tags are still on it which I offered to ship back. I got no response on this. This has been the worst experience in dress buying I’ve ever had. As I said in my original comment I would never buy from this company again.
