Product was NEVER delivered
The product was marked as "delivered" by the courier but nothing ever arrived at me. There is even a receipt with a signature which is not mine. I just want my money back or the product... but I'm losing my patience and feeling that I would get NOTHING in return. I can't say anything about their products because I just NEVER RECEIVED THEM. Is this scam or a joke? Communication with customer service takes ages and the responses never provide a solution. I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received. This is just not the way you treat a customer. The only good thing I got from this experience is that I bought a 30 euros filter for the camera instead of more expensive equipment that would have never arrived at me. I would never trust a company that just "fires and forgets". The deal ENDS when the customer receives the product they have paid for. Edit: After 2 weeks of back and forth I finally got a refund for the products. Such a shame that I never got it as they have very good reviews and look like good quality stuff. I would recommend buying them from a different webshop than the official K&F Concept.
