No customer Service at all!!!!
Have brought a K11 directly from their website in Febuary, the delivery was delayed, communication lets say a nearly non existing. It got delivered, worked sadly it starting to already malefuncion. U cant count on their customer service at all, no answers...nothing. Nearly 600 € down the drain, for a dying APU. DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!! Update: After filing a case via PayPal they finally answered and I got a refund for the defect pc after I send it back. It's a shame I had to do all this just to get them to answer. After this I can't recommend buying from them at all!!!
