Have used this company for years and for Christmas my partner brought me the keranya black seed hair potion and went to use it in January and noticed the use by date was up February 2026, Email them with the order number yet they kept losing it so asked me to send again, I sent 3 times since January and now they are saying we are so sorry but it’s past the return date, Can’t believe what they have done totally unprofessional.
