Good Customer Service
I was a little disappointed with the item that I had ordered as it was not big enough to go around my wrist and the quality was not as expected. I contacted customer services to ask if I had missed an option for selecting a size. They responded very quickly explaining that it was only one size. They offered me three options for refund, replacement or voucher without returning the item. I was very impresssed with the quick response and a very quick resolution.
