when a company is clear, professional and kind!
So, as a new user of "fourthwall", I ordered 2 mugs from my own merch so I can have something to showcase for others. But when they arrived, one of them had an internal crack, so you couldn't see it, but you could hear it. I contacted support, and we had the standard convo: "Thank you for reaching out. What can we help you with, etc. So professional, kind & seeming really eager to do as best they can for their customers! I sent in what was wrong & I got to choose between a refund or a new mug. They also gave me clear info on what they were doing whilst checking my inquiry. (Ps, the quality of the mugs is also splendid and comfy to hold!)
