O dear! I have read a number of reviews and a lot of those concerns No delivery! Understand. 17Track is Not a delivery company . They take the given information directly from the company You purchased from, as to the shipping date and a tracking number. That company, you purchased from, is responsible for letting 17track know when Your order is on the move for deliverance. 17track, will then track the number given at every stage of it's journey. 17track at this stage may Not know who the carrier is, only a given number, until it reaches a larger carrier company, that has a recognised carrier address. Tracking is a lot easier when this becomes apparent. 17track will inform You, of shipping date, inbound arrival time. Custom clearance ect. If not known earlier, the parcel company responsible for final delivery, should let you know, when delivery is due Not 17track, they can Only guide you,(on information give by delivery company) when delivery has taken place. I have used 17track a few times. They know the Asian and Chinese, postal workings. It does take by Western standards take a longer time than we would wish. What you buy be it genuine or fake has nothing too do with 17track.
