Ordered the phone case with the sliding camera protector. When it arrived the colour was not as shown on the website and the sliding camera protector is impossible to use once the case is actually on the phone. I have emailed them to arrange a refund as directed on their website, but not receiving any response. Update: I did finally receive a response. The customer service team went to great lengths to tell me how difficult it would be to arrange a return, as they don’t have a site in the UK I would have to post it to China, at my own expense, with no guarantee of a refund as the item was ‘likely to be lost or damaged during transit’. I pointed out that their website offers a 60 day money back guarantee and was offered a no-return refund of the princely sum of £2.50. I accepted just to not have to deal with them anymore.
