Scam operation or gone belly up?
Order made on 1st December costing £35.99. Received notification via Royal Mail on 5th December that item was "on its way to our RDC" whatever that means (doesn't help that Royal Mail speak to customers in their own internal jargon and won't let you contact them). By 4th January nothing received and Footyclassic website taken down. I contacted them via support email which was ignored. Second email sent today with little optimism. If the item was in Royal Mail's system the least footyclassics could do is let me know. There's been strikes and strife in the world so I can wear my my big boy pants and accept that deliveries might be late, but for these jokers to take my money and then ignore me is just insulting and redolent of a scam operation. Avoid. Incidentally, I ordered another shirt through Premier Retros on 3rd December who hand delivered on 23rd December due to strike action and to ensure pre-Xmas delivery. I'll be using them in future.
