Awful customer service, does not provide contact to legal representative. Stay away!!!
Update: K&F falsely claims that their warranty does not cover beyond 30 days. Here's the line: "if the item arrived damaged, defective, you can return the item and K&F Concept will cover the shipping cost." My item is defective, as I have spelled out over two weeks of back and forth emails to their awful customer service team. And K&F does not reply to the email posted in the reply, just posts here. Additionally, company refuses to provide agent for service of process, which is illegal. As a point of order, I have not refused to pay the shipping cost; they instead simply tried to give me a 10% coupon instead. Like I would ever give this shady company another dollar of mine.... Awful customer service. Will not honor the company's warranty that is posted directly on their site. The center column does not adequately lock down for photography. When you try to contact the company to fix the issue, they will just give you the run around and not actually fix your problem. I would recommend literally any other company. Additionally, company refuses to share designated agent for service of process--a legal requirement in all 50 states. Stay away.
