Poor Customer Service Experience with Singer Online Order
Dear Mr. Mahesh Wijewardene, This is my first time ordering online from Singer, and honestly, I never expected such poor communication and customer service from a well-known company like Singer. The mobile app is not working, WhatsApp messages receive no replies, phone calls go unanswered, Facebook messages are ignored, and even emails are not responded to. My order has already been placed and approved, but until now there is no proper update about when it will be processed, shipped, or delivered. The website mentions delivery within 3–5 days, but in reality, that does not seem true at all. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have faced. I highly do not recommend ordering online from Singer based on my experience. I am still very worried because the payment amount is quite large, yet I have received no proper response or assurance from the company.
