No control over shipping.. be prepared to wait months
Purchased a $50 mask May 15 2020 and as of July 20, 2020 the tracking still shows as having left China May 27 air freight. The only positive thing has been support has answered my email inquiries but can't seem to help at all. Terrible experience.
