I have raise complete on 21 march
I have raise complete on 21 march . but this conplaint not available in red bus system . Red bus service member not properly cordinate with customer. I was book royalas travel pune to nagpur on 21 march this bus is left before timing given by red bus . No information getting from red bus and royal travel bus is left before timing . Then royal travel arrange another bus but not proper facility in this bus alloted last seat and i am book front sear. after dont got proper service red bus is not to accept we are wrong and refund my money please don't use red bus for travel another service is good as compare to red bus Its my real experience Regards, Piyush Nimbarte
