If your product arrives with a problem, forget trying to return it. They have you takes photos, do a movie and an explanation of the problem. Then they want more. then they want more, then they want more. I tried to return a smart watch because the software had trouble pairing with my Pixel but they just would not comply. So unless you feel lucky, punk! Well do ya? Don't do it!
